About the festival
‘This is Absurd’ unfolds in four acts, each opening a different kind of conversation. From literary provocation to personal reflection, the evening invites us to consider the unspoken complexities of legal life, and reflect on what is possible when a community comes together with openness and curiosity.
The full programme features a dynamic mix of writers, legal professionals, performers, and thinkers. Together, we will explore absurdity in its many forms: personal, professional, and cultural.
What to expect
- Writers, performers, and legal professionals sharing insights and ideas including keynote speaker Claire Keegan (award winning Irish writer).
- Signature absurdist touches; from theatrical rituals to humorous satire.
- A space where it’s safe to say: “this doesn’t quite make sense”.
