Orbitus Law LLP are seeking a Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience to work in their ground-breaking e-conveyancing department, trading as Beam: letsbeam.ie. The role is full time, onsite at Beam’s new, state-of-the-art head office in Tralee.

With the support of sophisticated technology, and dedicated new business development and case management teams, the successful candidate will help to drive the unlimited growth potential of their e-conveyancing service.

Key responsibilities:

- Daily engagement with clients who are switching loans or purchasing properties.

- Advising clients on contracts, title and mortgages.

- Managing own caseload on a digital platform.

- Working seamlessly with case management team to streamline client care.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

- Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.

- Effective client-focused communications skills.

- Residential conveyancing experience.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
