Berkeley Solicitors is a firm specialising in immigration law. They are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
The role will include the following tasks:
- Greeting clients to the office
- Responsibility for incoming client calls and emails
- Scheduling consultations and organizing calendars for the solicitors
- Liaising between clients and solicitors
- Dealing with the new client queries
- Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and DX
- Fee processing
- File administration duties including opening files, closing files, scanning documents, filing, archiving, etc.
Required skills:
- Experience of one year or more working in a legal office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- An ability to manage a busy workload
- Experience with a legal case management system will be preferred
- Good IT skills
