Boino Solicitors is a boutique busy litigation practice based in Capel Building, Dublin 7 providing friendly work environment. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Executive to work as part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have previous strong experience in litigation.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Providing solicitors with support while maintaining own initiative in progressing the file

- Producing legal documents, documentation for court (there is no dictation)

- Briefing and liaising with Counsel, experts, client communication - active role in discovery process with use of AI tools and setting down cases for trial

- Manage filing and archiving

Job requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' plaintiff litigation experience

- A high level of computer proficiency

- Ability to prioritise and organise workload

- Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team

- Excellent: communication skills and attention to detail - good work ethic
