The Role 

O’Shea Barry Solicitors LLP are seeking an experienced and ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a busy caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing files.

- Handle files with a high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

- Draft contracts and complete comprehensive title checks.

- Liaise directly with clients, providing clear, practical legal advice in an accessible manner.

Candidate profile

- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in conveyancing.

- Strong technical knowledge of property law.

- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently and effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building trusted relationships with clients.

- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a strong team-player ethos.
