The role

BHK Solicitors LLP are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ years post qualification experience) to join their busy property team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing and be comfortable managing their own caseload from initial instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing a broad mix of residential and commercial conveyancing files

- Advising clients on all aspects of property transactions, including title, lending, and planning

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation

- Liaising with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely and efficient completion of transactions

- Contributing to the continued development and efficiency of the firm’s conveyancing practice

Requirements:

- 3+ years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing

- Excellent technical and drafting skills with strong attention to detail

- Proven ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and client relationship skills

- A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
