John Battles & Co. Solicitors are seeking an experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their busy team. You’ll manage a quality caseload from instruction to completion across residential and probate transactions, working closely with clients, lenders, agents and colleagues to deliver excellent results.

Key responsibilities:

- Acting on behalf of clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing and probate matters.

- Managing files from initial instruction through to completion with autonomy and attention to detail.

- Liaising with clients, lending institutions, agents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing and probate.

- An ability to work with colleagues in a team, good interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong technical knowledge of practice and procedure; confident with titles, security reviews, and new-build schemes.

- Proven drafting and negotiation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- First-rate project management, highly organised, self-motivated, and accountable.

- Collaborative team player with high levels of client care.
