Keans Solicitors are seeking an experienced full time Conveyancing Solicitor required for an immediate start in their city centre office.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, licensing and general practice;

- Experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing to include title investigation on sales, purchases and remortgages;

- Commercial conveyancing including commercial leases, purchases and sales;

- The ideal candidate should be able to manage a varied caseload and take responsibility for files from initial instructions through to completion. 

- The ability to manage a varied workload and to manage deadlines and competing priorities;

- The ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team.

- Possess reliable time management, organisational and communication skills;

- Have a professional and flexible approach;
