Orbitus Law is seeking an ambitious Associate Lawyer to join its high-performing Commercial Property team in their Cork office. The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of quality commercial property matters supported by experienced partners and senior lawyers to deliver leading services to Orbitus’ broad client base.

Key responsibilities

- Advise on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.

- Draft and negotiate contracts related to various types of real estate transactions.

- Conduct due diligence investigations into property titles, planning permissions, and other property related inquiries.

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with clients’ business strategies.

- Experience of construction projects would be advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge, skills and experience

- A qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practicing certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.

- 1+ years post qualification experience specialising in real estate law.

- Demonstrated expertise handling commercial real estate transactions.

- Strong analytical capabilities for solving complex legal issues related to property matters.

- A client-centric approach, with proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
