Law Society hosts Breathe festival in Blackhall Place

Launching at St. Patrick’s Festival 2022, Breathe is a series of national community based mini-festivals focused on wellness and resilience for individuals, communities and our planet using battery technology, renewably powered, with best environmental practice for all our needs.

Taking place over a day and a half in The Law Society, Dublin 7, all ages are welcome to relax and breathe with yoga and mindfulness classes and activities, talks, demos, local food offerings, a mobile sauna and more. ()

Let’s breathe again!

The festival, with a jam-packed agenda of fun and interesting activities, takes place on the 18 and 19 March.

Join the Happy Pear, Trisha Lewis, Davie Philips, The Useless Project, Clean Coasts and Friends of The Earth and more as they engage in panel discussions based around – ‘The Sea, The Soil and The Self’.

There will also be a Happenings style open-air yoga and meditation classes run throughout the course of the day with teachers Michael Ryan, Mari Kennedy, Louise Horgan, Jen Healy, Reggae Yoga and Manasi Sridhar. You can also expect sound baths, a mobile sauna as well as local food offerings, coffee and more.
