Stephenson Solicitors’ seminar on 14 November

Stephenson Solicitors will hold its 48th seminar online on Friday 14 November (9.15am to 5.15pm).

The specialist legal firm focuses on delivering a range of services related to wills, trusts, probate, the administration of estates, and tax planning, as well as litigation arising from these matters.

Entitled ‘Here, there and yonder’, the programme for next month’s event covers a wide range of topics, with a particular focus on probate and tax issues involving property or beneficiaries outside Ireland.

Other issues covered include:

  • Budget changes,
  • The Decision Support Service (DSS),
  • Probate,
  • Recent legislation,
  • Case law, and
  • Will drafting.

CPD hours

There will also be a question-and-answer session with the speakers:

  • Anne Stephenson (Stephenson Solicitors),
  • Owen Burke (Hayes Solicitors),
  • Padraic Courtney (secretary, Law Society Probate, Administration, and Trusts Committee),
  • Rita Considine (Limerick County Registrar),
  • Kevin Maguire BL, and
  • David Morrissey (Evelyn Partners).

Seven CPD hours are available from attendance – four general and three for client care and professional standards.
