Orbitus merges with Killarney’s Patrick Sheehan
Orbitus, which provides advisory services covering law, tax, and human resources (HR), has announced a merger with Killarney-based Patrick Sheehan Solicitors.
Orbitus described the merger as “a major milestone” in its continued expansion in Kerry and Cork.
The advisory firm recently opened a new office in Tralee, having also set up a dedicated HR division this year.
It said that the deal combined its legal, tax, and HR expertise with Patrick Sheehan’s decades of trusted client relationships, “ensuring a seamless transition for clients and enhanced service delivery across residential and commercial property, private client, corporate, litigation, and tax-advisory matters”.
‘Natural evolution’
“This merger marks another important step in the growth story of Orbitus” said Jennifer Downing (managing partner).
Pat Sheehan (former principal at Patrick Sheehan Solicitors) said that joining Orbitus represented “a natural evolution” for the firm and its clients.
“It allows us to offer access to a broader network of expertise and resources, backed by a dynamic organisation that shares our client-first values,” he stated.
