Fitzgerald is an experienced disputes lawyer whose practice focuses on complex business disputes, commonly with an international component.

Contentious matters

He also has represented public bodies, financial institutions, and professional-services firms in a wide range of contentious matters.

Managing partner Will Carmody said: “The resolution of business disputes has always been one of our signature practices and Norman and his colleagues will enhance that offering.”
