Four additions to Aon Ireland leadership
Professional services firm Aon has appointed Jackie Gilmore as chief commercial officer for Aon Ireland and head of talent advisory solutions for Britain.
Senior additions to its Ireland leadership team include Kate Fitzpatrick as head of aviation, joining from AerCap.
Aviation division
Aon established its aviation division in Ireland in July 2024, focusing on tailored insurance and risk advisory solutions for airlines, leasing companies, and aviation operators.
Lesley Cullen becomes head of pensions administration in Ireland, moving from the more mature Australian superannuation industry.
Anne Phelan joins as rewards and people advisory director.
