Courts Service launches survey of users
The Courts Service is conducting a survey as part of a review of how it communicates with users.
The courts body is looking for feedback from everyone who uses its services – from the public to professionals – in court, court offices, and its website .
Its short survey asks:
- What kind of information users want from the Courts Service,
- How users prefer to receive it,
- What is working well and what could be improved, and
- What users think of the service’s website.
