Clyde & Co promotes head of casualty in Ireland

Global law firm Clyde & Co has promoted Bernadette Raleigh to partner and head of casualty in the Republic of Ireland.

Raleigh joined the firm in 2017, and has over 14 years’ experience,  advising insurers and corporate policyholders on public and employers’ liability, product liability, and motor-related injury claims.

Qualified in Ireland, and England and Wales, Raleigh recently completed a mediation course at Harvard Law School and is an active member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Dedication

Managing partner Garrett Moore said: “Bernadette’s well-deserved promotion reflects her dedication, service excellence and commitment to clients.

It forms part of an ongoing strategic re-positioning of Clyde and Co Ireland’s casualty practice and the expansion of our contentious and non-contentious capability for non-casualty insurance purposes.”

The firm has also recently confirmed the promotions in Dublin of Catherine Kitson and Jon Stevenson to senior associate.

Clyde & Co’s Dublin office now comprises a 35-strong team.
