McCann FitzGerald names new corporate partner

New corporate partner at McCann FitzGerald

McCann FitzGerald LLP has appointed Stephen Tallon as a partner in its corporate-transactions group. 

The firm says that the appointment will strengthen its international capabilities in venture capital and technology. 

Currently based in London, Tallon will join McCann FitzGerald’s British office later this year before relocating to Dublin in mid-2026. 

He has more than eight years of international experience advising high-growth companies, founders, and investors across the full corporate life-cycle

International experience 

Tallon joins McCann FitzGerald from another international firm, where he worked extensively with clients across Europe and the US on a wide range of financing rounds, exits, and strategic deals. 

Stephen Holst (managing partner) said that the new partner’s “rare combination of international experience and sectoral insight” would be an asset to the firm’s clients. 

Tallon’s appointment follows a series of senior hires across the firm this year, bringing the total number of partners to 98, with recent additions in competition, technology, and .
