MHC appoints Gerard Kelly as unit co-head
Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has appointed Gerard Kelly as co-head, with Maurice Phelan, of its dispute resolution practice.
The appointment comes in response to the increasing strategic importance of Ireland as a hub for dispute resolution and the continued expansion of the firm’s team.
Next phase
The duo will lead the next phase of the practice’s growth.
Gerard Kelly will also continue as head of the firm’s multi-award winning intellectual property team.
