Speed up your House Sale
Early contact between a vendor and their solicitor is key to an efficient house sale.
The Conveyancing Committee has published a note for clients on how they can help to speed up their house sale. It encourages vendors to contact their solicitor as soon as possible, and it contains a checklist of essential documents that they can start putting together to provide to their solicitor.
