Deferral of non-personal filing of court documents in Supreme and High Court offices

Members are advised that the Courts Service has informed the Society that the commencement of non-personal delivery of court documents in the offices of the Supreme and High Court has been deferred from 5 October 2009.
The Courts Service will advise in due course as to when non-personal delivery will commence.
In the meantime, practitioners should continue to present court documents in the offices of the Supreme and High Court as presently permitted by the Rules of the Superior Courts.
